AI has become a powerful tool for information and guidance. With good questions, AI can provide useful hints and guide you to answers. AI can be a great research resource to provide you links and information about questions, policies, and laws.

HOWEVER, we recommend you do not consider AI to be the final, considered answer. While AI has access to a wealth of information, AI likely does not understand the nuances of your personal situation. AI also does not have previous experience actually preparing tax returns for day traders and other complex tax situations.

AI can be where you start, but speaking with a human expert should be the next step. Don’t trust your taxes to an AI model.
